Refunds & Returns Eligibility
If you receive the wrong order or your food is damaged, cold, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup.
If there is a quality issue (e.g., undercooked, spoiled item), please send us a clear photo or video as proof.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable for genuine issues and at the manager’s discretion.
Refund Process
You can choose between a replacement, a voucher for your next order, or a cash refund (if applicable).
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours via the original payment method or through Easypaisa/JazzCash.
